Dramatic tour by students of the museum’s architecture (video recording available, in German)

Students from grade 8 (around age 13) of the Refik Veseli School, the Jewish Museum Berlin’s partner school, invited members of the public to discover the museum’s architecture.

The audience joined them for a playful, sensory, and poetic exploration of the museum’s angles, inclines, and voids. For four weeks, the students had investigated the architecture and became experts in the space. They created an open-ended format in between a performance and an interactive tour. The Jewish Museum Berlin has been collaborating with the Refik Veseli School in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district since summer 2012.
