How long in advance should a program be booked?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance of the desired date.

How many people can participate in a program?

The maximum number of participants is specified for each different program. The maximum number for tours is 15. Larger groups will be split, in which case we ask you to book tours on different themes for each of the subgroups.

What will happen on arrival at the Jewish Museum Berlin?

Due to security checks at the entrance to the Jewish Museum Berlin, groups should arrive 30 minutes before the program begins. Please make your way to the signed group entrance on arrival. Payment should be made before the tour in cash or by card: VISA, Master or maestro-Card (formerly EC).

What should be done in the case of late arrival or cancellation?

Groups are no longer entitled to the tour they booked if they arrive 15 minutes or later after the time the tour was due to begin. Cancellations should be made at least two working days prior to the arranged time; the fees for the guide will be charged to the school/institution for all cancellations made later than this.
