Cultural Summer

Each year from early July to late August, the time comes around again – The Jewish Museum Berlin welcomes its visitors to the cultural summer program in the museum garden. The program includes the popular Sunday matinée series "Jazz in the Garden" with picnic basket, deck chair, and a program for the whole family. Moreover, new insights into the museum can be gained at guided tours, readings, and at a big summer party. An exciting summer vacation program also offers children a host of fun activities.

Cultural summer events are held in the Museum Garden (or the Glass Courtyard in case of bad weather) and are generally free of charge.

Culinary accompaniment to the summer program is provided by the museum café "Schmus" with fresh and light dishes.

A picnic basket is on offer especially for the jazz matinées, which makes the concert experience in the garden a really special one.

The Cultural Summer Program for 2016 will be available on our website in May.
