Initiative for a Plural Republic

We are the "Generation DeutschPlus." We were born and grew up here or moved here some time ago. Be we Germans with or without a so-called migration background, many of our biographies have brought us further cultural attributes. We do not see this as a dilemma or conflict of loyalty, but as an enrichment and reality in German immigrant society and in a globalized world. We participate actively in civil society and have expertise in cross-cultural work and daily life. What connects us is our involvement in and our clear commitment to diversity and pluralism in our society.

Our approach is interdisciplinary and we are active in politics, administration, business, science, culture, media, and civil society. When it comes to shaping Germany’s present and future as an immigrant society, we are involved on a daily basis. We want to pass on our skills and experience as a civil society resource network, also because the support of others has shaped some of our life paths. We are looking for dedicated people from the worlds of politics, business, science, and administration - people involved in the media and civil society who would like to support our civil society resource network.
