The iconic building by Daniel Liebeskind is considered one of the most famous museum buildings in the world and its post-modern architecture makes numerous references to German-Jewish history. The walls are tilted, the floor rise. This museum looks different to others. The building’s materiality and shape leave one pondering on effects and associations.
