For the first time in our cultural program, we would like to present to you the Young Euro Classic at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt, an international music festival of youth symphony orchestras from around the world.

One of the orchestras is the Galilee Chamber Orchestra from Israel, which includes both Arab and Jewish musicians. Since the orchestra’s fonding, its music director Saleem Ashkar has played an important and decisive role in raising the group’s profile and artistic caliber.
They will play Ludwig van Beethoven’s 2nd Piano Concerto in B Major and his 1st Symphony in C Major, as well as a new work by the extraordinarily versatile composer Wisam Gibran.
