Otto Mueller and his Wroclaw/Breslau Network

Curatorial Tour for Friends of the Jewish Museum Berlin

We already learned about Otto Mueller as a member of the Brücke artistic community on our cultural trip to Breslau in 2015. We would like to build on this and take a closer look at the artist Otto Mueller, who is considered an important representative of expressionism and a pioneer of classical modernism.

Where

Hamburger Bahnhof, Museum für Gegenwart
Invalidenstraße 50–51, 10557 Berlin

His influence on the development of art extending beyond post-war modernism has so far received little attention.

All the more reason to look forward to a guided tour with curator Dr. Dagmar Schmengler, who will shed light on the Brücke artistic community and Otto Mueller’s role within it.
