Preview of the Exhibition ZERHEILT: HEALED TO PIECES

with the Artist Frédéric Brenner and the Curator Thesia Ziehe for Friends and Sponsors (in German)

Tryptichon of three photographs: 1. person in front of easel in a basement room, 2. person alone in the auditorium of an empty theater, 3. two people on tables in a room with stucco and chandelier

On 2 September 2021, the Jewish Museum Berlin will be opening the major photo exhibition Frédéric Brenner – ZERHEILT: HEALED TO PIECES. The work of the photographer Frédéric Brenner depicts Jewish life in Berlin today. His series of photographic encounters reveals the diversity, but also the contradictions and dissonances, as they exist within and are projected onto Berlin.

Even before the official opening, we are inviting you to an exclusive preview of the exhibition, when you will have the opportunity to chat with the artist Frédéric Brenner and the curator Theresia Ziehe.
