Malox

Jazz in the Garden – Cultural Summer Program

Malox is pure energy. The avant-garde trio from Israel was formed in 2008 and has already released three studio albums. They have played around the world and amazed crowds with their virtuosic musicmaking, which is a sophisticated mixture of jazz, polka, and alt-rock and includes ruggedly complex compositions, playful improv, and catchy tunes.

The musio of Malox, located somewhere between Balkan pop and Scottish rock, will shake up the museum's usually tranquil garden. As the saxophonist Eyal Talmudi puts it, “A Malox show is somewhat of a shamanic healing session. If you let it take you, it will take you far.”
