A market stall in Jerusalem with bags of spices

Event Series:
Jerusalem – A Four-Course Cooking Class

An Event for Friends of the Jewish Museum Berlin

Dessert won’t make itself. In Jerusalem, the list of ingredients for desert dishes almost sounds healthy: almonds, dates, sesame, and walnuts are prepared with a variety of techniques and perfectly harmonized with sugar water or marzipan. Birgitt Claus and Omar Selim will give you an introduction and guide you through creating the delicacies. Of course, dessert will be preceded by a main dish for savory contrast.

Save the date for our last evening in this series. On Wednesday, 28 November, we will focus on baking and get to know the versatile flavors of the Jerusalem baker.
