Brigitt Claus has been giving cooking class for many years now. Her event series Literature with Food, for example, has demonstrated the exciting links between cultures and food. But before we get cooking, we’ll visit the our exhibition as a group to gain insight into the history of these foodways based on some of the specific artifacts on display.

The cooking class is suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced cooks. We’ll get started in February by preparing the first course of the meal. Because one course is never enough, we’ll be served two additional during the evening. We’ll enjoy them at a long, festive table as we round out the evening in good company.
