Jerusalem: A Cooking Class in FOUR Courses

Event Series with Birgitt Claus and Omar Selim from eß kultur (in German)

A market stall in Jerusalem with bags of spices

Our event series A Cooking Class in FOUR Courses begins its second round. Once again, we embark on a culinary trail through Jerusalem’s multifaceted cuisine. Birgitt Claus and chef Omar Selim from eß kultur will be our guests once more and invite us to prepare a main course with them.

Beginner and advanced chefs alike – everyone is welcome to this cookery class. In addition to the main course, other specialties will of course be served by Birgitt Claus. We will round off the evening in great company at a beautifully laid table.

You can already plan and look forward to two more courses in this event series. The next course is dedicated to sweet desserts and you can be sure the indulgence will be worth your while! The final course explores baking and thus Jerusalem’s baked specialties. The next cookery course dates are Wednesday 29 August and Wednesday 28 November 2018.
