The British theater group 1927 was already part of the breathtaking Zauberflöte performance at the Komische Oper Berlin. Now they return for a further production and once more combine the elements of animation film, theater, and music in an irresistible mélange.
This time they have two performances in their luggage – Petrushka by Igor Stravinsky, which seems to be made for the theater group’s aesthetics, set as it is on a fairground, and L'Enfant et les Sortilèges by Maurice Ravel, which transports listeners into a fascinating nightmare world. As a cooperation partner of the Jewish Museum Berlin, the Komische Oper has offered us an exclusive 15% discount on tickets in price category II.
