Balmy summer nights are one of the most pleasant times to cook and break bread together. That’s reason enough to meet at a long table in the garden of the Jewish Museum Berlin and savor some summery delights.
Birgitt Claus from eßkultur will host the evening and help us prepare the seasonal ingredients. As we pluck mint leaves and roll Mediterranean grape leaves, we’ll chat about these diverse foods and their flavors and assemble a light three-course dinner.
