The Making of "In an Instant. Photographs by Fred Stein"

Guided Tour

The exhibition shows Fred Stein’s multi-faceted and extensive oeuvre in a comprehensive retrospective for the first time in Germany. More than 130 black-and-white photographs show street views of Paris and New York and portraits. In addition, background information such as personal anecdotes and private documents illustrate the origins of pictures as well as the oeuvre and biography of the photographer Fred Stein.
