This Place

Guided Tour Through the Exhibition (in German)

During the tour, the project and the exhibition This Place from which it emerged is presented. Twelve international photo artists explored the complexity of Israel and the West Bank, creating a multi-layered visual portrait of the region.

In addition to viewing the images, the tour focuses on the photographers’ different artistic approaches. In This Place, initiator Frédédric Brenner pursues the objective of casting an artistic and unadulterated eye over a region occupied by normative images. On the tour, we address and discuss this objective.
