Our vacation program for kids aged 7 to 10 begins with a tour of our exhibition Welcome to Jerusalem.
The tradition of baking mazzah is traced back to a biblical story about ancient Egypt. To this day, Jews around the world eat flat mazzah bread throughout week of Passover, declaring “Next year in Jerusalem!”

In the exhibition Welcome to Jerusalem, children are immersed in the world of ancient Judaism. Looking at a model of the Temple, they follow the footsteps of Jewish pilgrims and learn what was kept in the Holy of Holies. Then, we’ll move to the workshop kitchen, where we’ll bake matzah bread together and enjoy every crunchy bite. B’teavon! (Bon appétit!)
