A Visit to the Sammlung Hoffmann

For members of the FRIENDS OF THE JMB

In line with the focus on contemporary art in the current temporary exhibition Access Kafka at the JMB, we invite the members of the FRIENDS OF THE JMB to visit the Sammlung Hoffmann in Berlin Mitte.

Where

Sammlung Hoffmann,
Sophienstraße 21, 10178 Berlin-Mitte

It is one of very few simultaneously inhabited collections of contemporary art built up by Erika and Rolf Hoffmann. Each year, a different part of the collection is shown under a different key concept, so that new dialogues can always be discovered between works of art from different generations and media. The current installation shows works by Bill Beckley, Isa Genzken, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Roni Horn, François Morellet, Frank Stella and Marcel Broodthaers. The latter is also represented in the Access Kafka exhibition with his film La Pluie, on loan from the Sammlung Hoffmann.
