Exclusive guided tour of the exhibition at Atelier Liebermann
Exclusive guided tour for FRIENDS OF THE JMB at the Max Liebermann House (in German)
With its exhibition series at the Atelier Liebermann, the Brandenburg Gate Foundation is focusing on the artistic creative process in contemporary art. Based on the history of the Max Liebermann House as a place of art production, the series focuses on the atelier as a space for ideas and experimentation.
To mark the tenth anniversary of the Max – Artists in Residence at Schools scholarship program, the foundation is exhibiting works by scholarship recipients that were created in school studios. The diversity of the works reflects the openness of the program and ranges from painting, drawing, and sculpture to video, performance, sound, and spatial installations, as well as artistic practices beyond traditional exhibition spaces.
Friends of the JMB have the opportunity to discover the exhibition as part of an exclusive guided tour.
