We cordially invite you to an exclusive preview of the exhibition of this year’s DAGESH Art Award winner, followed by a reception: The prize-winning video installation Sans histoire, created specially for this project by French artist Maya Schweizer, can be viewed in the Eric F. Ross Gallery in the Libeskind Building until 27 August. In it, she engages with the Jewish Museum Berlin as a site of ritualized remembrance, and investigates questions of individual and collective memory.
The DAGESH Art Award is conferred annually in cooperation with the program Dagesh. Jewish Art in Context and made possible through the support of the FRIENDS OF THE JMB.
