Iber der grenets / Crossing the Border
Yiddish Literature and Culture Today – Panel Discussion and Reading (video recording available, in German and Yiddish)

The volume Iber der grenets / Crossing the Border marks the very first publication of a comprehensive collection of Yiddish short stories in standardized orthography released by a German press. The anthology gives glimpses into the lived experiences of a cultural community that is scattered around the world. The Jewish Museum Berlin and düsseldorf university press|De Gruyter are marking this milestone with an expert roundtable discussion about Yiddish literature and culture today and a Yiddish-German reading.
