The comic

Two children have built a giant out of clay. What they really weren’t expecting was that their figure would wake up and wander into town overnight, where it creates at all kinds of chaos and fills the people with astonishment and annoyance. What does the clay giant want?

The Clay Giant's Alive!; Anke Kuhl

The author

Anke Kuhl, who was awarded the German Youth Literature Award for the book the “Alles Familie!”, will read from her first comic “Lehmriese lebt!” (The clay giant’s alive!). Musical accompaniment will be provided by the Berlin cellist Martin Klenk. After the reading, we will visit the exhibition and the golem workshop.
